Stable and successful undertakings often require bringing together expertise from various fields.Road and transportation industries involve a wide variety of engineers and personnel from various disciplines to ensure proper management as well as safe transportation. Likewise, the CRF has organized several separate committees with experts and professionals from different fields to cooperate and achieve its missions in a smooth manner.
CRF includes ten committees, all of which include a chairman, a vice chairman, various members and an executive secretary.

This committee is responsible for Road News Quarterly of China Road Federation, including overseeing both the planning writing, and editing of articles, as well as printing and publishing. The committee is also responsible for the preparation and publication of other promotional materials. Published in March, June, September and December of every year, the quarterly has a practical orientation aimed at expanding understanding about roadway engineering techniques and technologies. To date, this Journal already has more than 60 publications.
